Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms govern use of the Kadrent platform (operated by SIA HUSTLE, 40203015212). By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Kadrent provides commercial real-estate intelligence compiled from public sources. Data may be incomplete or inaccurate and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy. It is not legal, financial or AML advice.

3. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Access is for your organisation and may not be shared with third parties outside it.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the data only for lawful B2B real-estate purposes.
• When using personal data, you must comply with GDPR, sanctions and AML requirements.
• No bulk scraping, reselling or redistribution of the data.
• No use of personal data for unlawful, discriminatory or unsolicited direct-marketing purposes.

5. Data about individuals

For any personal data you extract or use, you act as an independent controller and are responsible for lawful processing. You indemnify us against losses arising from your misuse. Where you upload your own data into Kadrent and we process it on your behalf, we act as your processor; a data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.

6. Intellectual property

The data compilation, scores, models and software are our property. These Terms grant you no ownership in them.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the data. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia.
